       二、項目概況：

              1、建設內容及主要產(chǎn)品：年產(chǎn)UPVC琉璃瓦200萬(wàn)m2,主要建設內容為三層共擠UPVC琉璃瓦瓦板生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)兩條，成型生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)20條。

              2、市場(chǎng)預測：UPVC琉璃瓦是一種新型化學(xué)建材，是傳統水泥瓦，粘土瓦的替代產(chǎn)品，集防水、裝飾兩大功能為一體，以其節能、保護生態(tài)、改善居住環(huán)境、提高建筑功能與質(zhì)量、降低建筑自重、整體結構強、施工便捷等優(yōu)越性，備受人們親睞，是國家建設部推薦產(chǎn)品。為了解決平房長(cháng)期困擾人們的漏水、保溫、城市美化問(wèn)題，全國很多城市已將屋面的“平改坡”納入城市改造規劃。UPVC琉璃瓦色澤靚麗，色彩豐富、抗沖擊性強，不易破碎、抗老化、壽命長(cháng)的特點(diǎn)是城市別墅、商品房、農村民宅以及中、高檔屋面裝飾的理想材料，具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。

              3、建設條件：公司在國內相關(guān)專(zhuān)家的指導下，引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)設備，經(jīng)兩年多的不斷探索，材料配方與輔助設備已開(kāi)發(fā)成功，經(jīng)國家化學(xué)建材中心鑒定，全部參數均達到國家標準。企業(yè)位于呂梁市區段家坪，交通便利，設施齊全，現有14000平方米的廠(chǎng)房是發(fā)展化工、電子等高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品及擴大生產(chǎn)規模的理想選擇。目前因資金缺乏，難以達到設計生產(chǎn)規模。

         Lishi Xinxin Industrial Co., Ltd is a private enterprise with 120 staff members in Luliang City, its mail product UPVC glazed tiles is a new developed chemical building materials made by introducing the advanced equipment from foreign countries and developing by itself. The company has one patent of UPVC glazed tiles, and two intellectual property rights. Its fixed assets are 25 million yuan and it covers an area of 82470 M2 and has a factory building area of 26000 M2.

         1.Construction Content and main Products：2,000,000m2/y UVPC glazed tiles; 2 three-layer glazed tiles production lines and 20 shaping lines.

         2.Market Forecast: UVPC glazed tiles is a new developed chemical building materials. It can replace It is the substitute of the clay tiles and traditional cement tiles. It has been widely used in the urban and rural buildings. It will have a wide market prospects.

         3.Construction Condition：Under the guidance of the national experts, the company has introduced advanced foreign equipment. The material prescription and auxiliary equipment have already been developed successfully and reached the national standard. The company is located in Duanjiaping in Luliang City Center with a convenient transportation. It has 14000m2 of building area. Presently because of lacking the fund, it is difficult to reach the designed production scale.

         4.Equipment Needed: UVPV pressing machine, UVPC 3-layer tiles pressing machine, UVPC glazed tiles shaping machine, and lathes.

         5.Construction Period: 2 years.

         6.Total Investment:   The total investment will be 50 million yuan of which 20 million yuan will be self funded and 10 million yuan from bank loan and 20 million yuan introduced.        7.Benefit Analysis: The sales income will be 120 million yuan, and profit and tax 37.20 million yuan.
