二、項目概況：

       1、項目?jì)热荩航ㄔO3000m2的廠(chǎng)房、恒溫庫、倉庫、核桃仁多不飽和脂肪酸、核桃油、核桃粉、核桃酒四條生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)等。

       2、原料供應：孝義市是我國優(yōu)質(zhì)核桃的主產(chǎn)區，年產(chǎn)核桃3000噸以上，其香味、色澤、出仁率、出油率具有其它產(chǎn)區無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢，原料有充足的保障。

       3、生產(chǎn)規模及建設周期：年產(chǎn)DHA膠囊100萬(wàn)粒、核桃油200噸、核桃粉500噸、核桃保健酒100噸、核桃殼粒子1000噸。建設期18個(gè)月。

       4、總投資：項目總投資3100萬(wàn)元，其中自籌1500萬(wàn)元，擬引進(jìn)資金1600萬(wàn)元。

       5、經(jīng)濟效益分析：該項目投產(chǎn)后，年銷(xiāo)售收入2100萬(wàn)元，年純收入600萬(wàn)元，投資收益率19%。

It has the fixed asset 15 million yuan and staff of 260 people. The main products are the high-quality walnut, gift walnut, the high-quality walnut kennel, sunflower seed and Babao Brand seedless dates packed in bags and the boxes. There are altogether eight kinds of products. This company is located in Xiaoyi Gaoyang farming and animal husbandry garden which is 500 meters away from National Trunk 307. The transportation is very convenient and water, power and other facilities are complete.

       1.Project Content: 3000 m2 workshop, constant temperature storehouse, warehouse, four production lines for the walnut kernel multi- unsaturated fatty acid, the walnut oil, the walnut powder and walnut wine.

       2.Raw Material Supply: Xiaoyi City is the main production area high quality walnut. The yearly output is 3000 tons above. The fragrance, luster, kernel rate, and oil extraction rate have the superiority which other production areas is unable to compare. The raw material is sufficient.

       3.Production Scale and Construction Period: The yearly output of DHA capsule is 1,000,000 pieces, 200t/y walnut oil, 500t/ywalnut powder, 100t/y walnut health care wine, 1000 t/y walnut shell granule. Construction period is 18 months.

       4.Total Investment: The total investment is 31 million yuan, among of which independently-funded is 15 million yuan and 16 million yuan introduced..

       5.Economic Benefit:  After the project goes into production, the yearly sales income is 21 million Yuan, the yearly net income 6 million Yuan, the investment income rate 19%.
