二、       項目概況：

       1、項目實(shí)施的必要性：蓖麻油具有廣泛用途，其衍生物達175種，隨著(zhù)基礎工業(yè)的發(fā)展，對蓖麻油的需求量也在顯著(zhù)增加。目前國際市場(chǎng)蓖麻油年需求量在60萬(wàn)噸左右，而市場(chǎng)供應不足，僅能供40萬(wàn)噸，缺口較大，該項目的實(shí)施具有重要的現實(shí)意義。

       2、原輔材料供應：我國是蓖麻籽的主要生產(chǎn)國，每年可產(chǎn)蓖麻籽80萬(wàn)噸，山西省的產(chǎn)量約占全國的20%，為建設蓖麻油深加工項目提供了可靠的原料保證。

       3、生產(chǎn)規模及建設周期：年產(chǎn)10000噸蓖麻油、10000噸癸二酸及副產(chǎn)6500噸仲辛醇、1200噸甘油、1800噸脂肪酸及12000噸蓖麻粕。建設工期1.5年。

       4、總投資：項目總投資4850萬(wàn)元，其中企業(yè)自籌2000萬(wàn)元，擬引進(jìn)資金2850萬(wàn)元。

       5、經(jīng)濟效益分析：項目達產(chǎn)后，年銷(xiāo)售收入30579萬(wàn)元（含銷(xiāo)項稅），年稅金總額2331萬(wàn)元，年均利潤3536萬(wàn)元。投資利稅率97%，投資利潤率73%，投資回收期3.36年。

       1. Necessity of the Project:

       The castor oil has been widely used and its derivative reaches 175 kinds. With the development of the basic industry, the demand for castor oil is also increasing to the castor oil demand. At present, the yearly demand for castor oil on the international market is 600,000 tons, which can not meet the demand as the supply of castor oil is only 400, 000 tons. So the implementation of the project is of great importance.

       2、Raw Material Supply：China is a main producer of castor seed, and can produce 800,000 tons of castor seed. The output of castor seed in Shanxi accounts for 20 % of that of the country, so it can provide sufficient raw material for the deep processing of castor oil.

       3、Production Scale and Construction Period: 10,000 t/y castor oil, 10,000t/y sebacic acid,  6,500t/y Octanol, , 1,200 t/y glycerine, 1,800 t/y fatty acids and 12,000 t/y castor-oil plants. Construction Period: 1.5 years.

       4、Total Investment：The total investment is 48.5 million yuan, among of which 20 million yuan is independently-raised 28.5 million yuan introduced.

       5、Economic Benefit: After the project is put into operation, the yearly sales income is 305.79 million yuan (including tax), the yearly tax is 23.31 million yuan, the yearly profit is 35.36 million yuan, investment profit and tax rate is 97% and the investment return period is 3.36 years.
