　　二、項目概況：

　　       1、建設規模及內容：年產(chǎn)20噸硫酸軟骨素、10噸溶菌酶。

　　       2、市場(chǎng)分析：用于生產(chǎn)生化原料藥的生物原料極為豐富，但大部分在今后相當長(cháng)的時(shí)期內還屬于資源依賴(lài)性產(chǎn)品，雖然有的品種可以用基因重組等現代生物技術(shù)生產(chǎn)，但尚未達到商業(yè)化水平。而我們利用生物資源生產(chǎn)的生化藥物，有效地保障了醫藥的臨床需要，而且成為市場(chǎng)上的搶手貨。硫酸軟骨素已成為出口量最大的生化醫藥產(chǎn)品，主要銷(xiāo)往美、歐等國。溶菌酶由于具有專(zhuān)一性分解細胞壁的能力，用途十分廣泛，目前國內生產(chǎn)的該產(chǎn)品只能滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)需求的三分之一，產(chǎn)品主銷(xiāo)大連、上海。

　　       3、建設條件：該項目屬?lài)夜膭钔顿Y項目，已批準進(jìn)入離石輕工科技園區，建設條件及公用設施配套良好。硫酸軟骨素是從豬、牛、羊等動(dòng)物的軟骨組織中，經(jīng)堿提取蛋白質(zhì)后制成的一種酸性粘多糖類(lèi)藥物。溶菌酶是從雞蛋清中提取的一種酶制劑。上述產(chǎn)品的原料可就近解決。

　　       4、投資估算及資金籌措：總投資5000萬(wàn)元，其中自籌1000萬(wàn)元，擬引進(jìn)資金4000萬(wàn)元。

　　       5、項目建設期：一年。

　　       6、效益分析：

　　       年可實(shí)現銷(xiāo)售收入4160萬(wàn)元，實(shí)現利潤1340萬(wàn)元，上交稅金400萬(wàn)元。項目建成后，可新增就業(yè)人數200余人，同時(shí)可帶動(dòng)周邊養殖業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。

　　       2.Market Analysis:  The biological resources for producing biochemical materials are very rich, but a great deal of it belongs to resource-relying products in a long run. Some kinds of resources can be produced by the way of gene recombination, but it can not meet the need of the market. The biochemical medicine produced in the company is to make use of the local biological resources and meet the clerical need of hospitals. It is in great need in market. Sulphuric aid cartilage element the biochemical medicinal product which is the largest exported product to the U.S. and European countries. Bacteriolytic enzyme can be used to decompose cell wall and has a wide application. The amount presently produced in the country can only meet the one third of market demand and mainly sold to Dalian and Shanghai. 

　　       3.Construction Condition: The project has been listed in the State-supporting items and approved to enter Lishi Light Industry Sci-tech Park with a good facilities and infrastructure. Sulphuric acid cartilage element is an acid carbonhydrate medicine extracted from cartilage tissues of pig, cow and sheep. Bacteriolytic enzyme is an enzyme preparation extracted for egg whites. The raw material for production can be obtained locally.

　　       4.Total Investment: The total investment will be 50 million yuan of which 10 million yuan will be self funded and 40 million yuan introduced.

　　       5.Construction period: 1 year

　　       6.Benefit Analysis: After its completion, the annual sales income will be 41.6 million yuan, profit 13.4 million yuan, and tax 4 million yuan. It can provide 200 job opportunities.
